• ACTION REQUIRED!! Important Reminder: Owner Stays and Blocked Dates

With annual Home Ownership Meetings right around the corner, now is the time to ensure that all owner stays and blocked dates have been entered on your property's calendar.

Our team works hard to maximize bookings and maintain visibility for your property across multiple booking channels. To do that successfully, it is critical that your calendar accurately reflects any planned owner use.

Once a guest reservation is confirmed, cancellations or modifications can result in financial penalties from booking platforms, reduced search visibility, lower host performance scores, and lost future booking opportunities.

Owners are responsible for entering all planned owner stays and blocked dates in advance. Once a guest reservation is confirmed, it will be honored, and those dates will no longer be available to the owner. Existing guest reservations will not be moved, modified, or canceled to accommodate a late owner request. As always, I'm happy to assist with anything.
