• When searching for your unit online: If you’re unable to find your listing, it may be due to the way OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) display properties. They no longer show every property every time, even if it is live. In fact, if you’ve previously viewed your unit without booking, the site often won’t display it to you again. Sometimes, clearing your browser cache or using private mode can help, but this is precisely why we recommend avoiding repeated searches for your property on OTA sites—it can negatively impact your unit’s ranking and visibility.
