Xplorie Report

The numbers are in, and we are pleased to report that from 2017 to 2018, guest usage of the Xplorie program doubled. Additionally, in 2018, we increased our own usage of Xplorie Xtras by 600%, which is a program that allows us to compensate a disgruntled guest with additional Xplorie activities instead of giving refunds or discounts on rent. Lastly, there are plans to add an additional activity this year without changing rates at all. As soon as this is finalized we will share the details. Please don’t forget that as an itripvacations property owner, you have access to UNLIMITED use of the Xplorie activities.
