Special Delivery!
As your property manager, we are more than happy to help coordinate deliveries of packages, new décor, furniture or appliances at your property or at our office. However, please give us as much lead time as possible in order for us to make arrangements. Also, when arranging for a delivery of an appliance or furniture, please remember to find out if the delivery company can or will remove the old items. If they cannot, we can subcontract that task, but there will be a charge and we need time to arrange.
Character Flaws
We understand that occasionally a property has nuances, or quirky little things that give it “character” or “rustic charm” that may not seem to make financial sense to you to address (safety issues excluded). However, please keep in mind that these issues can be troubling to a guest, and even more troubling if the guest finds out that the owner and property manager are aware of the issue and have chosen not to address it. Your guests have saved for and planned for and envisioned their vacation, and their plans didn’t include broken balcony furniture or an extremely uncomfortable mattress. These minor issues can end up costing in the long run when you figure in lost future business from the negative reviews. This can also leave the guest with the impression that the property owner does not take care of his/her property, which means the guest is less likely to take care of the property while they are staying there.
