Pictures!
Please take a minute to go online to your itrip site and look at your property photos. Have you have done any redecorating, refreshing, or remodeling since the pictures were taken? If so, now is the time for us to get some new photos of your property. Or, if you plan to do some updates during the off season, let us know so that we can schedule a re-shoot when the project is complete. Also, now that we are entering the slower season and the units have some vacancy, we are working on completing the Matterport 3D virtual tours in each unit.
Gulf Coast Growth
The tourism industry along the Alabama beaches is growing, which means a lot of new construction to keep up with that growing demand. In the near future, nearly 2,000 new hotel rooms, condos, and vacation homes will become available, with two specific landmark projects that have garnered a lot of attention. A new $85 million Embassy Suites hotel, described as a “transformative” project, will anchor Alabama’s most visible and recently
renovated public beach front. This project, set to begin Q1 2019, will have 229 guest rooms, retail space, fine dining, conference space, and a rooftop pool, lounge, bar, and event terrace. The Lodge at The Gulf State Park, a Hilton Hotel, is set to open 09/2018 with 350 guest rooms, including 20 suites and many rooms with bunk beds. Among other amenities, this resort will feature the largest beach-view ballroom on the Gulf Coast, four restaurants and a Gulf front pool.
