We are in the middle of annual property evaluations. During this time every aspect of each property is thoroughly inspected by one of our owners and a member of our guest services team, and a complete inventory is taken of everything in your property.

Conducting regular inspections is very important to ensure that your property remains in excellent, rentable condition. Many people underestimate how much wear and tear a property will have from a single rental season. These evaluations also offer an opportunity to assess any maintenance that may be necessary. Preventive maintenance helps avoid future costly repairs.

After the inspection, Kathy Harr will communicate with you regarding things that were noted at the property, suggestions to increase your ROI, and a detailed list of inventory items that need to be replaced. While we can take care of replacing your inventory items, we strongly encourage you to take care of it for your property. Amazon is a great source for these items. We are happy to receive your shipments and deliver them to your property for a minimal fee. If you choose to do this, we will need to know when to expect your shipments.
