In November, Kristy, Lynn, Susan, and Schasta attended the annual itripvacations Summit in Nashville, along with the other property managers and corporate staff, where they met with industry leaders and welcomed new partners. Many of the new partners will help protect your home and increase our reach to attract additional guests. For example, Key Data Dashboard provides real-time data that enables us to better understand our business and competitive performance in regard to pricing and rate predictions. NextPax is a leader in travel technology, which helps vacation rentals reach millions of potential guests around the world by syncing with the world’s top booking engines. Bluetent helps increase direct bookings, integrates with channel partners, and reaches potential customers through extensive marketing.

In addition to new partners, itripvacations is working to improve our award-winning software with enhancements and more admin features. We also earned Elite Partner status with Vrbo/HomeAway for the second consecutive year. Only three companies in the world have received Elite Partner status. In the coming months, you will see better connectivity to Booking.com and other channel partners, accurate data to help maximize your booking revenue, integrations with Google, Home to Go, Find Rentals and other niche listings sites. Moving forward, our focus will continue to be enhancing our business strategy for the digital age.
