Important Reminders:


• Our local real estate market is still strong. If you plan on listing your property for sale, please call us and speak with Kathy Harr about the process and timing. As a reminder, the buyer must honor any reservations that are already on the books at the time of closing. We will do our best to help with the transition.


You should have received your annual Kaba code via email towards the end of December. Please make sure you received the email and also make sure that you have the new code next time you visit your property.


Gulf Shores and Orange Beach rental license renewals are due by January 31st. Some Gulf Shores properties are due for a safety inspection this year, which we will coordinate with the Safety Inspector. As always, those in Fort Morgan are exempt from the rental license and safety inspections.


We are receiving an influx of inquiries and reservations for 2022 and 2023. We strongly encourage you to block out any time you would like to use your property as soon as possible because once a guest has made a reservation in a property, the guest cannot be moved. You can make these reservations via your itrip owners' portal.
