Selling Your Property?

If your property is listed for sale, please let us know! We need to let renters know that it may be shown during their stay. Also, it is important that you notify us as soon as your property is under contract so we may prepare for the possibility of an owner change, as well as manage expectations with respect to your booked reservations. As a reminder, your property management agreement states, “Owner is responsible to ensure real estate sales offer-to-purchase is subject to reservations booked at time of closing. Any confirmed reservations for the Unit will remain in place and must be honored by the Owner and the purchaser of the Unit.”

Owner's Portal

One of the most valuable tools in itrip’s proprietary rental management software is the owner’s portal. This is your dashboard to see everything that is going on in your unit in real time, such as statements, maintenance, bookings, and owner blocks. If you are coming to stay in your unit or need to block it out for any reason, please do so through the owner’s portal. Our software is fully integrated with all of our online marketing partners, and therefore you are able to see a real time, up-to-date booking calendar. Any date you block out via the portal is immediately reflected as unavailable on all of the sites.
