A FEW REMINDERS:

• Please forward ANY and ALL communications you get from you HOA to us. Even if the notice is about work that will take place next year, please send it to us as soon as you receive it.

• Please make sure to reserve your property for personal use as soon as possible, as we cannot move guests once their reservation is confirmed. If you wish to book a stay longer than 28 days, feel free to call or email us.

• Please notify us whenever any major appliances, major components of the HVAC system, or the water heater are replaced? That way I can keep accurate, up-to-date maintenance records and obtain warranty information.
