FYI iTrip

In March, our IT Development team released new features in the iTrip Admin Hub to better serve guests and property owners. Here’s a quick roundup:

●      Property owners can now create bookings in the owner portal before the property goes live. This allows the ability to reserve your owner stays before the listing goes active.

●      We made several improvements to the tenant help center as well as a few changes to printing help center articles. We are now auto-scrolling on mobile to the article once they click on it.

Welcome Susan Melendez!

Susan Melendez has recently joined our Owner Services Team! Here is a little about Susan:

"I am so happy to be a part of the iTrip family! I have worked in vacation rentals since I was 18. My first job in the industry was working in reservations at Brett Robinson. In my 20s, I moved to Panama City Beach, Florida, and worked the front desk in a hotel on the beach. In my mid-20s, I moved back home and started working at Martinique on the Gulf in Fort Morgan. I started in reservations/front desk and worked my way to office manager. Most recently, I worked at ONE Club in Gulf Shores as the Vacation Rentals Manager.

I am the daughter of a mullet fisherman, born and raised in Baldwin County. My family moved to Bon Secour in the 1800s. I recently had the opportunity to move into my grandparents' home, the home my mother was raised in. My great-grandmother bought the land back in the 40's. I live right beside my mom and dad and I am thrilled to live so close to my family. My 9-year-old son absolutely loves it. He attends Swift, which is the same school that my sister and I, my parents, and my 87-year-old grandfather attended.

I love my job here at iTrip. I thoroughly enjoy working with Kathy and Kelly. They have shown me so much over the past few months. I enjoy helping people, so this job is perfect for me. I love how every day is different. It keeps me busy and on my toes, and I like that. I look forward to learning more and getting to know all the owners!"

We're happy to have Susan on board! And if you're keeping track, this is Susan #3 that currently works here in our office! Susan Olsson - accounting, Susan Hanner - marketing, and Susan Melendez - owner services. We think that's a record.
